By subscribing to the Verona Run Marathon registration form, the athlete, as of now, expressly authorizes the organization to use free of charge still and/or moving images portraying himself during the event.

This authorization to use your image must be understood as granted for an indefinite period and without territorial limits all over the world, for use in various publications and films, including, by way of example and not limited to, promotional and/or advertising materials and made on all media.

The organization may also transfer the rights of use provided for in this agreement to third parties, its institutional and commercial partners.

By signing the Verona Run Marathon registration form, the participant accepts that personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected to participation in the sporting event, in particular:
1. to formalize the registration to the events and for all connected and consequential fulfilments;
2. to send the update newsletter on the status of activities and updates related to the event (such as, for example, delays, route changes, regulation updates);
3. for updates related to the event, including the possibility of printing your own participation diploma yourself;
4. for updates relating to the activities of the Organization as defined above;
5. for entering personal data in the company computer databases;
6. for fulfilments and obligations established by laws, regulations and community regulations or by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory and control bodies;

The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes related to registration and the obligations established by laws or other regulations, and is necessary for the correct establishment and continuation of the established relationship.

Il partecipante riconosce che partecipare a questo evento è potenzialmente pericoloso e che non dovrebbe iscriversi e prendervi parte a meno di essere idoneo dal punto di vista medico ed adeguatamente allenato. 

Il partecipante si assume piena e completa responsabilità per qualsiasi infortunio od incidente che possa accadere mentre sta viaggiando per andare o ritornare dall’evento, durante l’evento o mentre si trova nei luoghi dove l’evento stesso si svolge. È inoltre consapevole dei rischi connessi alla partecipazione a questo evento, come ad esempio (a mero titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo) cadute, contatto con altri partecipanti, effetti del vento, del traffico e delle condizioni della strada, e se ne assume pertanto la responsabilità. 

Il partecipante, per se stesso e per i suoi eredi ed esecutori testamentari, con la presente rinuncia, libera e esonera per sempre gli organizzatori dell’evento, gli sponsor, i promotori e ciascuno dei loro agenti, rappresentanti, successori ed esecutori, e tutte le altre persone in qualche modo associate a questo evento, (di seguito “l’Organizzazione” da qualsiasi responsabilità, reclamo, azione legale e risarcimento danni che potrebbe muovere contro di loro a seguito della sua partecipazione a questo evento, o in qualsiasi modo connesso con la stessa.
Il partecipante è consapevole che questa liberatoria include qualsiasi reclamo per fatti causati da negligenza, azione od inadempienza di qualsiasi delle suddette parti.

By signing the registration form, the athlete declares to know and accept the Verona Run Marathon regulation, published on the official website and to have turned 18 on the date of the event.
He also expressly declares under his own responsibility, not only that he has declared the truth (art. 2 of law 04/01/1968 n° 15 as amended by art. 3 paragraph 10 of law 15/05/1997 n° 127), but of exempt the organizers from any liability, both civil and criminal, for damage to persons and/or things caused by or derived from him. I am aware that participating in the Verona Run Marathon is potentially a risky activity.

I also declare that I register voluntarily and I am also responsible in the case of registration of a minor, of whom I am a parent or legal guardian, carried out by me. 

I assume all risks arising from my participation in the event: falls, contact with vehicles, with other participants, spectators or otherwise, weather conditions, including scorching heat, extreme cold and/or humidity, traffic and road conditions, any of well-known risk and evaluated by me and any consequence deriving from illnesses and/or injuries suffered or caused to oneself or to third parties, also attributable to unsuitable physical condition, which may occur during and after participation in the event.
I therefore declare that I waive, now and for the future, on my behalf and that of the minor of whom I am a parent or responsible, any claim for compensation and compensation in relation to the above.
I release and release, to the fullest extent permitted by the mandatory rules in force, the Organizing Committee GAAC 2007 VERONAMARATHON ASD, FIDAL, ASI, all the Sponsors and Partners of the event, their respective representatives, successors, officers, directors, members, agents and employees of the aforementioned Companies, of all present and future claims or liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, deriving from my participation in the event and from that of those who participate under my responsibility.

The organization reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time in order to guarantee a better organization of the competition, after having communicated it and obtained approval from FIDAL.

For anything not covered by this regulation, the statutory technical rules of FIDAL and the GGG apply

Any changes to services, places and times will be duly communicated to the registered athletes or will be reported on the website.

The documentation containing the essential information for picking up the bib and for taking part in the race will be sent by the organization to each registered athlete.
